This panel bender comes in 3 main models to suit different needs:

All models feature a 9-axis PC-based CNC controller, high-speed back gauge system, automatic tool lubrication, and ergonomic hand wheel for manual adjustments. Bending speed is 0.2 sec per bend.

A CNC panel bender offers several advantages over a conventional press brake:

• Fully automated bending process, just load the part and press start
• No need for custom dies and punches, saving tooling costs
• Faster setup and changeover between jobs
• Ideal for complex profiles that are difficult on a press brake
• Smaller footprint and lower energy consumption

However, a press brake still excels for thicker plates over 6mm, longer parts over 3 meters, and higher production volumes. The two machines are complementary.

The standard configuration can bend:

• Mild steel up to 2.0 mm thick (tensile strength 580 N/mm²)
• Stainless steel up to 1.6 mm (tensile 410 N/mm²)
• Aluminum up to 2.5 mm (tensile 265 N/mm²)
• Minimum material thickness is 0.35 mm

Standard models usually ship within 2-3 months after order confirmation. Custom configurations may take 3-4 months.The machine will be fully assembled and tested at our factory before shipping.
