We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our machine tools. In the event that you need to return a product, please review our refund and return policy below.

At our machine tool store, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. If you need to return a machine tool, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility

Products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The machine tool must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Return Authorization

Before returning a product, you must contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping

Once you have received the RMA number, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. The shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped).

Refund Processing

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Restocking Fee

For returns that are not due to our error, a restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.

Customized or Special Order Products

Customized or special order machine tools are not eligible for return, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
